Here at Rough Magic Creations, we very much appreciate your business, and we hope you'll be delighted with your purchases.

Please keep in mind that making a purchase from Rough Magic Creations implies that you have read and have understood our policies and that you agree to our terms.

Returns Policy
We accept returns of most items* if the return package is postmarked within 5 business days after you've received your order.

*Non-returnable items:
Personalized, custom or bespoke items;
Earrings (for your protection)

Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your item must not have been used or worn and also must be in the its original condition.
As soon as receive your return, we'll inspect the item and let you know via email whether you the item qualifies for a refund. If the item qualifies, your refund will be issued by the same method your payment was made, i.e., Shopify, credit card, PayPal, etc.

Please note that your return shipping fee will not be included in your refund. Because we cannot give refunds for returned packages lost in the mail or damaged by return carriers, we recommend that you obtain a tracking number from your carrier, and insure your item for the price you paid us.

Gift Recipients
If you received your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you from Rough Magic Creations, and you return it to us according to our policies as stated above, we will mail you a gift credit with our shop for the value of your item.
If your item wasn’t received marked as a gift, or if the item was shipped to the buyer, we will send a refund to the gift giver with notification of your return. Again, our above stated return/refund policies apply.



If your item arrives broken or damaged in the mail, please return it to us immediately, including photos of the original package and the item as you received them. To be eligible for a refund, you must enclose these in your return package. If we purchased insurance when we mailed your order, you will be required to confirm with documentation that the item arrived broken or damaged.
